How It Works
Step 1: The Free Consultation (30 minutes)
We'll talk about what's actually happening in your organization. I'll ask questions about your operational challenges, what's working, what's broken, and what success looks like for you. You'll get a sense of how I think about problems and whether we're a fit to work together.
No deck. No generic advice. Just a direct conversation.
Step 2: Determine Scope & Investment
If we both see potential, we'll discuss what an engagement could look like. Every situation is different—some organizations need help building governance infrastructure; others need operational redesign; some need both. We'll talk about:

Step 3: Build Together
If we move forward, I embed into your leadership ecosystem. We work alongside your team to build the systems and infrastructure that let you scale without breaking. This isn't a consultant dropping reports; it's a partnership where we're both invested in the outcome.
Step 4: Handoff & Independence
The goal is for you to operate independently. Once the infrastructure is built and your team understands how to use it, I step back. You own it. That's how you know it's working.
