My journey

I've spent my career translating strategic vision into operational reality. Starting with physician practice operations, I learned that healthcare delivery lives or dies on the systems you build. That foundation took me through a decade at Genentech in non-clinical development, then eight years at Amgen in program management and strategic partnership to Clinical Development leadership. Most recently, as Chief of Staff to CMO-level executives at Prothena and Bolt Biotherapeutics, I designed the operational infrastructure that reclaimed ~30% of leadership's time—freeing them to focus on strategic decisions instead of firefighting.

My science background lets me engage in scientific discussions while building the governance frameworks and cross-functional infrastructure that turn clinical complexity into reliable execution.

Since founding The RightHand Strategy in August 2025, I've been consulting with various industries while actively seeking a full-time Executive  Chief of Staff or Strategic Operations leadership role.
