Engagements are designed to move quickly from understanding the problem to building and implementing the right solution.

Step 1: Initial Conversation

A focused discussion to understand where execution is working, where it is breaking down, and where complexity is beginning to slow progress.

We assess key areas including portfolio priorities, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment—identifying root causes rather than surface-level symptoms.

This is a direct, practical conversation to determine whether there is a strong fit.

Step 2: Define Scope & Engagement Model

If there is alignment, we define a clear and focused scope based on your organization’s stage and priorities.

This includes:

• The problems to be solved
• Scope and structure of the engagement
• Timeline and level of involvement
• Clear definition of success

The focus is on targeting the highest-impact areas with the right level of structure and support.

Step 3: Embedded Partnership

I operate directly with the leadership team to design and implement the systems required for effective R&D execution.

This may include strategic planning, governance design, resource alignment, and cross-functional operating models—built to fit the organization without adding unnecessary complexity.

The focus is on creating practical, usable systems that improve clarity, decision-making, and execution speed.

Step 4: Transition & Independence

As the operating model stabilizes, I transition out of day-to-day involvement.

The organization retains full ownership, with the structure, tools, and clarity needed to operate effectively and scale.

The goal is not dependency—it is a system that continues to work independently.
