Over the past decade, her work has focused on Chief of Staff leadership, strategic planning, governance, and operational execution across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and cross-functional R&D organizations.

Anahid has partnered closely with executive leadership teams to strengthen organizational alignment, improve operational effectiveness, and support execution across complex and rapidly evolving environments. Her experience spans governance development, executive decision support, cross-functional planning, organizational scaling, and operational framework design supporting clinical-stage organizations through growth and change.
